CNC machining
that lands on your dock in 3–7 days.
3, 4 and 5-axis milling. Conventional and Swiss turning. 40+ production-grade materials. Tolerances as tight as ±0.01 mm. Inspection reports included. MOQ = 1.
The machines that make it possible.
Our Shenzhen machining floor runs 24 hours across three shifts, with dedicated cells for prototyping, production and precision grinding. Equipment is grouped by job profile so your part runs on the machine best suited for its geometry — not whichever is available.

CNC Lathes
10 machinesShafts, bushings, adapters, round parts with concentric features.
Swiss Lathes
4 machinesSmall turned parts, medical pins, connectors, high-volume precision.
Surface Grinding
3 machinesFinish-grind tolerances below 0.005 mm. Hardened steel, tool inserts.
EDM (Wire & Sinker)
4 machinesSharp inside corners, hardened materials, mold cavities, small slots.
CMM Inspection
3 machinesDimensional verification of every precision batch before shipment.
40+ CNC-grade materials in stock.
Common alloys are in continuous stock at our Shenzhen warehouse. Specialty materials — Inconel, magnesium, ceramics, PEEK-CF — are procured within 3–5 days from certified mill suppliers with 3.1 certificates.

Tolerance you can defend
in a design review.
Every tolerance class below is backed by real measurements, not marketing. Parts in our top tier (High Precision) are shipped with a CMM report showing actual deviations on every callout.
A practical note: tighter tolerances cost more and take longer. We'll flag tolerances on your drawing that aren't serving a functional requirement — and often save you money by opening them up.
Standard
Typical for most prototypes and non-critical features. Default if no tolerance is specified on the drawing.
Precision
Standard for aerospace, medical and high-quality industrial. 5-axis milling or Swiss turning.
High Precision
Precision mating surfaces, bearing seats, alignment features. Often requires grinding or EDM.
Ground/EDM
Precision ground diameters, flatness below 0.005 mm, EDM slots with 0.003 mm wire position.
Design for CNC — a practical guide.
Five high-impact rules that will save you money and lead time on almost every CNC part. All five get flagged automatically in our free DFM review.
Internal radii
Use the largest internal radius possible. Corners smaller than 0.8 mm require EDM or tiny end mills — expensive and slow.
Deep pockets
Depth-to-width ratio above 4:1 requires long end mills with chatter and deflection risk. Design pockets 3:1 or shallower.
Thin walls
Walls below 0.8 mm (metal) or 1.5 mm (plastic) deflect under cutting forces. Keep walls ≥ 1.0 mm metal, ≥ 2.0 mm plastic.
Threads
Tap threads have limits: depth should be 1.5–3× thread diameter. Use thread inserts (Helicoil) for frequent assembly or aluminum threads.
Tolerance zones
Only apply tight tolerances where they matter. Every ±0.01 mm callout adds ~$30–80 to the part cost. Default features should use ISO 2768-m.
