We accept STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, X_T (Parasolid), SLDPRT, STL and 2D PDF drawings. STEP is preferred for machining; STL is fine for 3D printing. Files up to 200 MB upload directly; larger files can be shared via Dropbox, WeTransfer or Google Drive.
Our instant CNC calculator returns a price in 60 seconds. For complex geometry, multi-process orders or tooling, an engineer-reviewed quote arrives within 24 business hours. Urgent RFQs flagged "rush" are answered within 4 hours during China business hours (GMT+8).
CNC prototypes ship in 3–7 business days. 3D printed parts ship in 2–5 days. Rapid injection-molded parts (soft aluminum tooling + first shots) typically land in 14–21 days. Production runs depend on volume and tooling type.
MOQ = 1 piece for CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal and vacuum casting. For injection molding the practical minimum is 500–1,000 parts due to tooling economics.
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before reviewing any CAD file on request. All IP, CAD data and tooling are owned by the customer. We operate under ITAR-registered workflows for defense customers.
Standard machined tolerances are ISO 2768-fine for metals and ISO 2768-medium for plastics. We routinely hold ±0.025 mm on critical features with 5-axis milling, and ±0.005 mm on precision ground surfaces. Tighter tolerances are quoted on request.
Yes. FAI reports, CMM dimensional reports, material certificates (3.1 mill certs), RoHS declarations and 3D scan comparisons are available on request. Standard inspection uses Zeiss CMM and Hexagon 3D scanners.
Default terms are EXW or DAP by DHL/FedEx/UPS Express (typical 3–5 days door-to-door to US/EU). Customers may use their own courier accounts. We handle all export documentation and have been shipping internationally since 2010.
