Yes. Our top-tier cosmetic workflow includes: diamond-cut chamfers for the signature polished edge, fine bead blast for the matte body, Type II decorative anodizing in matched colors, and final inspection under controlled lighting. For absolute cosmetic grade, we control every part's surface quality with 100% visual inspection under 5000K daylight.
Anodize Type II in any color via dye (black, silver, gold, rose gold, space grey, blue, red). Hard anodize Type III for extra durability. Bead blast (uniform matte), sand blast (coarser matte), satin, brushed, diamond-cut polished edges. PVD coating in rose gold, chrome, black chrome. Silk screen and pad printing for logos. Laser etching for serial numbers.
Yes. We offer turnkey services including sub-assembly (PCB mounting, thermal pad/paste application, ultrasonic welding), final assembly, hardware installation, functional testing, retail packaging (foam inserts, printed boxes, instruction cards), and drop-ship fulfillment. Minimum wall thickness: 0.8 mm on 6061-T6 with careful fixturing, 1.0 mm for production repeatability. For laptop-style thin unibody enclosures, we combine high-speed machining (18,000 rpm spindles), vacuum fixturing, and stress-relieved stock. Surface flatness better than 0.05 mm achievable on thin panels after final bead blast.
Yes. We install standard EMI gaskets (beryllium-copper finger stock, conductive elastomer), apply conductive paints and platings (electroless nickel, zinc plate), and machine integrated gasket grooves. For RF-sensitive enclosures we can partner on Faraday-caged assemblies.
Yes. Anodize dye matching within Pantone tolerances for most colors. Powder coating and wet paint offer precise Pantone/RAL matching. Custom colors require 2–3 sample iterations for approval. Allow one extra week for color approval on first production runs.
