Yes. Our Shenzhen facility in Bao'an District welcomes scheduled customer visits. Please contact us at least 3 business days in advance. We can arrange factory tours, equipment demonstrations, and meetings with the engineers who would manage your project.
To move fastest, include: (1) your 3D CAD file in STEP, IGES or STL; (2) a 2D PDF drawing if you have critical tolerances or callouts; (3) material preference or end-use conditions; (4) quantity; (5) target lead time. If you don't have all of these yet, just send what you have — we'll ask the right questions.
Yes. On request we sign a mutual NDA before opening any customer CAD file. Our standard NDA is available on request, and we can sign your version if it does not conflict with our legal framework.
All customer-facing engineers at CIFProto speak professional English. Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and basic German are also spoken on our team. Technical drawings are read in US and ISO GD&T notation.
