Welcome to CIFProto.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and content. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shenzhen Honyo Prototype Co.,Ltd ("CIFProto," "we," "us," or "our"). You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Offered
CIFProto provides on-demand manufacturing services including, but not limited to, CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, and related finishing and assembly services. All services are subject to these Terms and any specific agreements related to your orders.
Order Placement and Acceptance
All orders placed through our Site or directly with our sales team are considered offers to purchase services. Orders are not binding until accepted by CIFProto, which may involve a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review and final quotation acceptance.
3. User Obligations
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or registering on our Site.
- Intellectual Property: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use any designs, CAD files, or other materials you submit to CIFProto for manufacturing. You grant CIFProto a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- Lawful Use: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or for the production of any illegal, infringing, or dangerous goods.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our services will be provided via our quoting system or by our sales team. Payment terms are as follows:
- Rapid Prototyping: Customers must pay in advance for the first three orders.
- Tooling Orders: All tooling orders require a 50% upfront payment, with the remaining balance due upon completion or shipment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Payment Methods: We accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to our bank account and PayPal.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Our standard shipping terms are Ex Works (EXW) for rapid prototyping and regular production orders, meaning you are responsible for shipping, customs, and fees once goods leave our premises. For express shipments, we use Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), where you are responsible for import duty upon arrival. Delivery At Place (DAP) by DHL is also offered. You may also use your own shipping accounts.
6. Quality and Warranty
CIFProto commits to manufacturing parts according to your provided specifications and accepted quotation. We perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews and provide final inspection reports. Our general tolerance is applied to ISO 2768 (medium) for machined plastic and ISO 2768 (fine) for machined metals, unless otherwise specified in your 2D drawings. Any claims regarding product defects must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
7. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of your designs and will treat all information and designs provided to us as confidential, adhering strictly to any Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) signed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIFProto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
