FAQ

Germany customer questions.

Yes, standard on all orders. EN 10204 3.1 (inspection certificate with material heat number, chemical analysis, and mechanical properties verified by our QC department) is included at no additional charge. EN 10204 3.2 (independent witness inspection) available on aerospace or regulated orders at additional cost — typically requires 5–10 days additional lead time for witness inspector coordination.
DHL Priority Express: 3 business days door-to-door. FedEx International Priority: 3–4 days. Typical routing: Wuxi airport → Leipzig/Frankfurt hub → final delivery. For non-urgent orders (5+ day acceptable), FedEx Economy saves 30–40% on shipping cost. Sea freight via Hamburg: 25–30 days, 70% cheaper per kg, recommended for orders over 300 kg.
We accept both and adapt to your preference. Default: DIN ISO 2768-m/f tolerance conventions, metric units throughout, European GD&T notation. If you prefer ASME Y14.5 GD&T conventions, specify in your RFQ — our engineers adapt. Mixed-convention drawings (metric dimensions with ASME GD&T) also common and handled without issues.
