Renewable Energy questions.

Renewable hardware typically 20-25 year service life outdoors. Requirements: UV-stable materials and coatings, galvanized steel or stainless for structural, anodized or powder-coated aluminum for cosmetic, sealed bearings for motion hardware, IP67+ electrical enclosures. We specify appropriate materials and finishes during DFM review for specific climate and service conditions.
Renewable energy is high-volume: solar trackers ship in thousands of units per project. Wind turbines: hundreds of units per farm, multiple components per turbine. EV charging networks: thousands of stations annually. Battery storage: hundreds of pack-scale enclosures per project. We support production volumes from pilot scale (100 units) to mass production (10,000+ annually).
Single-axis trackers: horizontal torque tube with rotating hardware, drive motor housings, bearing support brackets. Dual-axis: additional tilt mechanism. Key requirements: galvanized steel for corrosion, precision bearing fits for smooth motion, electrical compatibility with tracker control systems. We work with solar tracker manufacturers on production-scale CNC components.
Battery energy storage scales from: behind-the-meter residential (10-20 kWh), commercial/industrial (100 kWh - 1 MWh), utility grid-scale (10-100+ MWh). Different scales have different manufacturing requirements. Our capability: commercial and grid-scale pack enclosure manufacturing. Modular rack hardware supporting scalable deployment. Collaboration with battery integrators on production-ready hardware.
Green hydrogen production via electrolysis requires specialized materials. PEM electrolyzers: titanium bipolar plates, platinum catalyst layers, perfluorosulfonic acid membranes. Alkaline electrolyzers: nickel-based materials, alkaline-resistant coatings. We support electrolyzer component manufacturing with appropriate materials. As hydrogen economy scales, this will grow.
Solar and wind project components: 4-8 weeks standard, 2-3 weeks rush for urgent production. EV charging infrastructure: 6-10 weeks. Battery storage enclosures: 8-16 weeks for large welded assemblies. Renewable programs typically plan 6-12 months ahead — we fit into planned production schedules. For rapid scale-ups (like EV charging network expansions), rush capacity available.
