SLA resin

Fastest option. Standard resins (clear, grey, black, white) in stock. Print overnight, clean and cure morning, ship afternoon. Functional prototype resin available but slightly longer lead time

SLS nylon

48 hours · PA12

Print cycle is 12–18 hours, plus cooling. Economic batch processing means dedicated rush slot needed. PA12 (most common), PA12-GF (glass-filled) available

MJF nylon

48 hours · HP PA12

HP Multi Jet Fusion. Best surface finish of any nylon 3D print. Print + cool cycle 24–30 hours. 48-hour total from upload to ship

SLS/MJF nylon: 48-hour total from order to ship due to longer print + cool cycle. For US customers ordering during their morning, parts ship end of their day — arrive 3 business days later.

Yes — rush surcharge 50% above standard 3-day 3D printing cost. Reserved overnight slot requires dedicated capacity. Standard SLA part that costs $45 at 3-day lead would be ~$68 overnight. For large orders (10+ parts), per-part rush cost reduces slightly as batch processing efficiency helps.

SLA: ±0.1 mm typical on dimensional accuracy, Ra 3.2 µm surface finish. SLS nylon: ±0.2 mm, rougher Ra 6.3 µm surface (slightly grainy). MJF nylon: ±0.1 mm, smoother Ra 3.2 µm. For higher accuracy, specify post-processing: bead blast, polish, or machining passes after printing — adds 1 day but improves surface.

Yes — common workflow. Ship overnight urgent parts immediately, standard parts follow 2–4 days later. Single PO covers both with separate shipping. Useful when one critical part is urgent but associated hardware can wait.

We prioritize committed overnight orders but capacity is finite. Our dedicated SLA machines handle 3–6 overnight orders per night. SLS/MJF: 1–2 rush jobs per 48-hour slot. For critical deadlines, confirm capacity BEFORE PO — we can tell you whether rush is available for specific dates.
